In The Year Of 2007, Kanvas Bangla Band Found His Origin, And They Stared To Play Alternative Soft Rock, This Band Continuously Taking A Participation In Different Events Of Band Performance In Different Locations In Kolkata And Outside Of Kolkata Also. Kanvas Band Got His Name In A Different Mood. In The Year Of 2009 Only Kanvas Got His Name From Our Band Manager Mr. Madhusudan Paul. There Was Small Concert At Battala Near Airport; Suddenly This Band Got A Call From This Social Club. The Members Agrees To Play. They Became Ready With There Gigs & Equipments. But No Names Was Decided, Because Maximum Of The Band Members Were Not There, Either They Went Way Or They Were Busy, Suddenly Mr. Paul Saw A Canvas. And He Asked To Bring The Canvas Where The Name Of The Band Will Be Posted. Suddenly Mr. Paul Said “Canvas” This Sound Good. And Then Every One In The Group Agrees To Keep This Name As Kanvas Band, So They Kept The Band Name As A CANVAS BANGLA BAND. But The Member Of Kanvas Decided To Keep Their  Name As KANVAS BANGLA BAND. Instate Of “C” They Changed The Alphabet As “K”. So The Name Continued As Kanvas Band. And Its Journey Begin To Move On…………
